The Roque Saint-Christophe is situated 80 meters up a cliff face and is one-kilometer long.
Humans lived here for 55,000 years. By visiting the site you will understand how people used the natural clefts in the cliff to create a troglodytic city, a place where they could live, cook, worship and defend themselves. There are replicas of the ingenious machines they invented and a 3D film to bring its history to life.
